Beach or coastal diamonds are a great example of how Mother Nature moves things around. Time, erosion, and a little luck has places these beach diamonds within our grasp. I should add that these diamonds are not only in the beach, but in the local ocean and most likely inland for a short distance as well.
I know it is hard to imagine, but the beach wasn't always the beach. That is where the current sea level puts it. If anything, the sand is an indicator of where water once flowed.
